Trigger Finger
Trigger finger is a condition caused by tendon inflammation, leading to pain, stiffness, and a locked finger that’s hard to straighten. It often results from repetitive hand use and is more common in people with diabetes. Medical attention is recommended to relieve discomfort.
Carpal tunnel syndrome
Carpal tunnel syndrome is when the nerve in the wrist gets compressed, causing numbness, pain, weak grip, and sleep disturbance. Treatment can include medication, physiotherapy, injections, or surgery—consult a doctor for options.

Ganglion
Ganglion is a lump or swelling that often appears on the wrist or finger joints and contains thick, gel-like fluid. It may cause pain, limit hand movement, and make daily tasks difficult. If you notice such a lump, it's best to get it checked by a doctor.
Fracture
A wrist fracture, often caused by a fall or accident, can lead to pain, swelling, and deformity. It may require a cast or surgery depending on the severity, and early medical attention is important. If left untreated, it can result in stiffness, reduced motion, and difficulty with daily activities.
